small volume, large capacitance and good self-healing performance.Specifications: 1) Operating temperature: -55oC ~ +105oC2) Capacitance range: 0.001μF ~ 22μF3) Capacitance tolerance: J (±5%); K (±10%)4) Rated voltage: 100/160V, 250V, 400V, 630V (DC)5) Withstand voltage: 1.6UR2S (1.5UR5S)6) Dissipation factor: ≤0.01, 1kHz7) Insulation resistance: a) C≤0.33μF: i) UR≤100V: one grade ≥15,000mΩ; two grade ≥3,750mΩ
